Imagify Prints specialises in customised, made-to-order printing and gifting products, created based on customer-provided designs, content and specifications.

This website operates in accordance with applicable Indian laws, including:

You must be legally capable of entering into a contract under Indian law.

• Orders are confirmed only after successful payment
• All orders are final, non-cancellable and non-modifiable due to the customised nature of products
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order in case of suspected fraud, legal violation or operational issues

• All prices are in INR (₹)
• Taxes and shipping charges are shown at checkout
• No hidden charges
• Payments are processed through secure payment gateways
• We do not store sensitive payment details

All products are made as per customer specifications. Minor variations in colour, size, shape, alignment or finish may occur due to screen differences and production processes.

Customers must verify all details including design, spelling, images and specifications before placing or approving the order. Imagify Prints is not liable for errors approved by the customer.

By submitting content, you confirm that you have the right to use it. Imagify Prints is not responsible for intellectual property violations and you agree to indemnify the company against any related claims. We may refuse content that is illegal, offensive or infringing.

• Orders are typically processed within 3–5 working days
• Delivery timelines are indicative and may vary
• Delays due to courier or external factors do not qualify for cancellation or refund
• Ownership and risk transfer to the customer upon delivery

Our liability is limited strictly to the value of the product purchased. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

We shall not be liable for delays or failure due to events beyond our control, including natural disasters, strikes, pandemics or government restrictions.

These terms are governed by Indian law. Courts in Delhi shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
